Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us.  To initiate a return simply send us an email to:  Isolde@Tristan-Isolde.com within 14 days of receipt of the item.  Once we authorize your return and receive your returned item, we will happily refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you order a product that has varying sizes and you need a different size, we will gladly exchange the same product in a different size. 

If, upon delivery of your item, you realize you need a size exchange, you simply request authorization to return your item for exchange in size by sending an email to: Isolde@Tristan-Isolde.com within 14 days of date of receipt of the item.

Don’t worry! We will gladly cover the shipping cost of sending you the requested size change, but you will be responsible for shipping the exchanged item back to us.  The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Orders over $50 will enjoy FREE SHIPPING

Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $4 per order.

At this time we only ship our products to customers in the USA
